connect 3g/4g modem and use as access point
I want to connect a 3g or 4g modem to vocore and share internet. The main goal it's to put this in taxi, bus or stop bus. It's possible? Worth it? This already available a product to sell on aliexpress and similar.

Vocore dock has usb,
and usb 3g modem are very cheap and linux supported.

Vocore have uart. With this you can communicate to sim900 module for example.

You can get a packaged tplink mini router to do this exact thing for quite cheap. They even have battery powered options now.
Put the VoCore to better use

Most devices will need to have a their usb mode switched, you can check what devices are supported by usb_modeswitch http://www.draisberghof.de/usb_modeswit ... erence.txt

Yeah! I bought a tplink mini router yesterday but it doesn't has battery. I'm gonna use in my home. I have not thought to use it in this situation because it is a already a "close product". I chose vocore because I can put all in "one case". To study how vocore works too

Are you re-inventing a MyFi access point?

Hi! I just realize that it's the same. A friend show me MyFi some days ago. But I'm going to do it just to learn about.
