How to soldering USB connector

Hi.
Does anyone know how to soldering USB female connector ? I can see the USB Data + /- and GND and +3.2V.
Do I need a 5V regulator ?

Yes, you need a 5v supply. If you power the vocore with 5v you can just use that for USB, or use a powered hub.

I will use lithium battery for power supply and also use 5V regulator for power input on USB connector (using any usb devices).
Do I need anything else forgotten ?
