gpio interrupt

can any help me!, how i can managment a GPIO interrupt, a short example can be great!. I needed read at ADC80100 high speed ADC, i needed make me a 8 bit GPIO as input pins and a pin out clock as output, for each rising edge of clock make a interrupt and read the 8 bits (8 gpio) at same time.
