Qemu + Vocore

Did anyone succeed to boot a vocore openwrt MIPS image in Qemu?

Same as the original poster I get
rom: requested regions overlap (rom prom. free=0x00000000002fb5ec, addr=0x0000000000002000)
rom loading failed
I also tried adding an initial ramdisk but still got the same problem.
