Does anyone know how we could mount the VoCore with MTP or as a mass storage device like an android mobile phone does?

You can use USB mass storage device

I just saw something about it in the 5350 docs. I'll see if I can switch it to client mode...
EDIT: No can't do it. I'm not sure if there is some software method or not.

I would like to be able to plug the VoCore to any computer in order to edit easily some config file without to make any complicated manipulation else than plug the VoCore to a laptop by USB and edit a text file on the VoCore from your laptop (with MTP).

Ha, that is not easy
Need to write a new USB driver(as I know no such driver yet)But it is possible, VoCore(RT5350) has OTG mode.
