tracking issue for vocore order

Hi, I ordered a couple of VoCores with dock a couple of weeks ago (October 17), but I haven't received any information as to tracking, shipping or anything.
Do you get that information via the PayPal payment, or was there somewhere I was supposed to enter delivery address information and contact info?

Please private message me for my info.
I am looking forward to getting my VoCores and installing them in my boat as part of the instrument data network.
There is no immediate rush (I just pulled my boat from the water for the winter), but I would like to know where my order stands in the queue.

Please trace it at bottom of http://vocore.io/store (trace package) area, only need email(case sensitive) to login.

mine showes the same thing now as it did 5 min after placing the order

Preparing: We are preparing your package.
Processing: Your package has sent to post.
Shipped: Your package has shipped.


Has my order shipped?

Yes, it is. Maybe check back couple hours later, not fully updated.

my order was placed on 10/26/2014!
the tracking still shows the same... nothing!
