Put the technical information from vocore.cn into the wiki?

There is a lot of invaluable technical information buried at vonger.cn but it's not easy to find. Quite a few of my early questions were answered by information there although I didn't find it until too late. It would be really useful to have this information incorporated into the new wiki to make it easier to find.
