I just received my VoCore2 Ultimate, and starting it is no problem. Also, connecting to it via WiFi works as expected, and a ping on its IP address tells me that it is reachable - at least via ping.
And this is where my problem starts: When trying to connect to it via ssh, I always get the error message: "ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.214 port 22: Connection refused". On the other hand, when connecting it via Ethernet to my LAN, I do not see it at all on my router's DHCP client list.
Does anyone have an idea what I 've done wrong? I have to confess that I am getting back to Linux after some years on a Mac, where my Unix knowledge decreased a lot, as I learn to know by now
ssh fails with "Connection refused"

I guess you are using STA mode, please check my blog vonger.cn. You need to setup firewall enable forward.

Re: ssh fails with "Connection refused"
Thanks for your help, Vonger!
But in fact, it was simply a home made problem at my side, for I had multiple networks using the address range 192.168.1.0/24.
Promise not to ask questions that stupid in the future
