I installed the latest firmware on the board of vocore2 yesterday and successfully updated the AP + STA mode.I have Connected a USB cable to the vocore2 single board to connect the USB memory device.
The data+ on the USB cable was connected to USBDP of the board and the data- cable was attached to the USBDM pin of board. 5V power and GND cable from USB charger is connected to USB female connector.
However, there is no perception and no recognization on the board .If I check the USB cable and the pin socket, I am sure that it is connected exactly the same as the vocore2 manual on the homepage.
Changing the USB cable to another is the same symptom.
Here is my information :
BusyBox v1.23.2 (2016-09-03 09:56:08 CST) built-in shell (ash)

Re: USB device can not recognized
Is anything added to the end of the dmesg output when you plug in the device?
I had a usb drive plugged in when I powered on so when I unplug and replug it I get:
If you don't see this it is in your connections, only +5, data-, data+, gnd are required. USB is very sensitive about it's connections any wires or circuit board traces need to be straight, parallel, and the same length. A USB cable has controlled impedance twisted pairs so they will meet this requirement.
