How Do I Disable the WEB UI?

Hello,
I have my VoCore 2 Ultimate setup and Configured the way I want.
Now, I want to Disable the WEB UI as the device starts up. I still want to be able to Enable or Disable the Web UI from the CLI.
Is there a config file, or some other setting from the CLI where I can do this functionality?
