VoCore2 arrived, cannot USB

Hi all, this is my first post here.

i just received my VoCore2 with usb interface and MicroSD card reader already installed. I plugged it into my laptop and i could see its wifi network, upgraded firmware etc.

However, it cannot be recognized by usb. When plugged it doesn't produce any effect or refresh on hw list (Win10) nor any error or missing driver, neither any virtual com port pops out. Tried on two different laptops, same result.

I checked contacts between solder pads and usb contacts with my tester, and it seems ok.

Suggestions?

That USB is only for power supply, so you can not connect to it.
You need USB to TTL connect to UART2 to enable console.

VoCore2 comes with all the 4 usb pins soldered (VCC, GND, USB DP, USB DM) so why the last two are connected for?
Also, what you exactly mean as "usb to ttl"? you mean a cable? a device driver? both?

USB2TTL is a small device used to use TTL(serial port) debug VoCore2 from console. It is a very helpful tool for study VoCore.
Not a driver.
USB head on VoCore2 is only for power input.
Its USB+/USB- is not connected.
