Vocore 4 inch screen defect

Dear VoCore Team,

Your products are awesome - Thank you very much for it - good hardware for adequate pricing!
Nevertheless, today I have to write regarding a defect with my Vocore 4 inch screen I have bought in Sept 2021.

The screen is not working anymore - no matter what I am trying, the screen is not beeing recognized in Microsoft Windows anymore.
If I plug it in, an "unknown device" is being displayed in the Windows device manager. Drivers are installed, tried to reinstall everything - no sucess ☹

Do you have any recommendation what to do next to get it running again?

It is working again !
I have performed the EEProm cleaner tool and upgraded the firmware using the eeprom.exe and 4NV10B.bin.

Recently we have combine that upgrade to the UI application -- v2scrctl, which can be download at https://vocore.io/misc/v2scrctl-release.zip; you can also use that, but need to be careful, wrong version might cause damage to the screen.
