Board bricked after Firmwareupdate error?

Hi,

i have a voCore 4 inch Display with the v10b board.
Today, i started the firmware upgrade because i had some issues with Simhub.
The update was not successful, after 3 dots of the progressbar, the application stopped and closed.
After that, i only get an unknown usb device with no hardware id.
I´m using Windows 11 but also tried to flash the firmware with the eeprom software from your site on my mac and on my windows pc but it always says "no device"
This is the "hardwareid" : USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE


Is it possible to flash it again with Putty or another tool or is the board completely bricked?

I am afraid once it bricked must replace the eeprom chip or use a special hardware cable to fix.
Normally screen not work stable is because USB cable problem, better not to update firmware unless you have to.
