Vocore 4 inch screen defect

Your products are awesome - Thank you very much for it - good hardware for adequate pricing!
Nevertheless, today I have to write regarding a defect with my Vocore 4 inch screen I have bought in Sept 2021.
The screen is not working anymore - no matter what I am trying, the screen is not beeing recognized in Microsoft Windows anymore.
If I plug it in, an "unknown device" is being displayed in the Windows device manager. Drivers are installed, tried to reinstall everything - no sucess ☹
Do you have any recommendation what to do next to get it running again?
