Installing new packages

I would like to use a vocore+poe to use NUT to monitor an APC UPS. I tried to install this package, but it isn't listed in the GUI or in the command line.

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg download nut
Collected errors:
* opkg_download_cmd: Cannot find package nut.
root@OpenWrt:~# opkg install usbutils
Unknown package 'usbutils'.
Collected errors:
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package usbutils.

What's the process here?

OpenWrt you will need to compile from source code and then install.
If you want to directly use official package, need to use official firmware and connect vocore to internet.
