Vocore2 ultimate factory problem?

My vocore2 arrived but it only works when its is out from the case
The first 2 pictures show how bad the 2 boards fit together and in the last one you can see how misaligned us the audio port with the case.
When I try to align the Ethernet port and the audio port and close the case the 2 boards disconnect from each other and vocore does not start.
Anyone else experienced this problem ?

1. insert the 3.5mm headphone to the audio port.
2. correct its position, align it.
3. push at another side, insert the audio port to the shell hole.

I tried but when i do that the 2 boards disconect from eachother and then vocore board is not getting power anymore. I susspect also other pins will not be proprely plugged between the 2 boards.

your best option is to go to local high school, look for some science teacher preferably in robotic field, ash him to 'fix' the board for you.
