Blue Light disappear

Hi All

This is my first post and yesterday I received my Vocore2 Ultimate and I connected thougth microUSB for power and I could see the Vocore hotspot and even to open the OpenVtr after that I connected Rj45 cable and in this moment the blue light from vocore Disappear and I can't see the hotspot.. Do anyone give any support for this ??

I removed the RJ45 cable but I can't see the Wifi and blue ligth neither..

Maybe the internal top part and bottom part are disconnected.
Try to take inside out and pull the top bottom part together, then connect to power, check if it is working. Be careful when you do this, the static electric might broken its ddr2, better to wash hand before you do this.

thank you for your response, no it doesn't work, I only see the light of RJ45 connector.
Is there any way to reset it ...

It is possible the top part is broken. When you use it, did the top part very hot?
